My hero buys from H&M Home
I’m not sure many would dispute that January is a time for a tightening of the old belt. Sartorially, this may of course be slightly challenging if you happen to of partaken in the daily ritual of mince-pie-with-brandy cream-for-breakfast-lunch-and-dinner, but, that’s what Christmas is for, so for now let’s just focus on your wallet.
When it comes to wallet friendly interiors, H&M has a special place in my affections. Not all of it is for me, but if you look closely there is treasure to be found. Last week I had a good old nosey parker around their flagship store on Regent Street and followed that up with a full sweep of their online offering. Behold the fruits of my labour, and all for under £100.
This blanket is my absolute star buy. Has all the Conran Shop vibes but for a fraction of the price. 100% wool. Winter sorted.
Washed linen on a budget and a great colour. I have several for the children’s rooms.
H&M does great storage and these baskets are one of favourites, in fact I bought many of these as presents for friends.
Elegant clean lines and a handy shelf, it’s hard to go wrong here.
You may not have thought about buying towels from H&M Home but ever since its launch interior pals of mine have been heading over there.
You can’t profess to be a stylist without a good collection of ‘objects’. This is part of my collection now.
I love the clean lines of this elegant smoky grey glass teapot.
Not just for the bathroom, why not put it on your desk? Black marble looks seriously chic.
I have two of their laundry bags from a previous season. I even take them on holiday. That’s how much I love them.
Trust me, rattan is going nowhere. Take it outside for your cocktails in the summer and get twice the use.
I told you their towels were good. Also comes in soft pink and a brown.
Last but not least their famous white washed linen bedding.
