Beige jumpers that are anything but blah

I recently purchased a soft biscuit coloured alpaca jumper and a pair of brilliantly cut Urban Outfitters jeans in off-white and have hardly taken either of them off. The jumper basically looks like one your boyfriend might own and frankly it’s all I want to wear right now. It probably has something to do with it going with everything and the endless possibilities of dressing it up or down. I’ve worn it walking on the beach in Cornwall and styled it up with a silk blazer and heels for a press event.

The jeans (top tip here) are supposed to be cropped but I got the long 34inch leg and they’re the dream. My husband thinks they’re a bit ‘man repeller’ but my girlfriends think they’re ace.  Feel free to decide who’s opinion you favour more 😉

I also happened to have a big win on eBay the other day and scored myself a vintage brown mock croc bag to complete the beige-on-cream-on-brown tonal dressing look. Staud are doing something very similar if you can’t be bothered with all that eBay trawling.

If you see me out and about and you have dogs or young children in tow by all means wave from the other side of the street but don’t cross over for a hug.  A two metre safe zone is what’s needed with this look but it’s certainly not going to put me off.

Below are my favourite biscuity beige jumpers so you can join me in a spot of tonal dressing.
