Also impressive is the ability to compensate for distortion, shrinkage and expansion of materials due to factors such as atmospheric conditions, tension and stretching.

Our interactive camera scanning system is able to precisely plot the location of material and registration marks even when the items are placed "out of square" with the operating parts of the machine.

The integration of a high powered router and swarf removal allows us to process harder materials such as wood, acrylic / perspex, aluminium composite and thick plastics with consummate ease. Processing of folding box boards, display boards, corrugated's such as E-flute and B-flute, polyprop, correx and many other materials are dealt with using the comprehensive range of inline knives and creasing tools.
