Leaflet Dispensers, we love them! Typically because they utilise many of the services we offer for Sign & Display. We start with cardboard engineering and CAD design, designing the construction so that it fits together correctly and securely. Once the CAD design is complete we can then take it to 3D modelling, producing a "virtual" rotational visual of the finished product with the artwork in place ensuring everything appears as it was intended. If required we can then take it step further to a fully functional protoype. Then to manufacture!
We print Leaflet Dispensers direct to 1500micron, 1750micron and 2000micron board in full colour. Using our large format capabilites we can print in sheet sizes upto 3050mm x 1600mm meaning that the overall size which can be prohibitive in some forms of printing is not a problem.
The intelligence of our CAM system then comes into play. the utilisation of Computer Aided Manufacture means that we can cutout leaflet dispensers incorporating creases, scores and apertures with astounding accuracy, seeing is believing.
