We are able to manufacture ringbinders incorporating mechanisms with 2, 3 or 4 rings in either "round" or "D" shape with the capacity to hold upto 65mm thickness of paper. Also available are lever arch mechanisms with 2 or 4 posts.

Styles of finish available include:

Paper over board - Manufactured using printed sheets which are mounted to solid board (usually 1750 or 2000 microns) with the paper wrapped around the edges of the board (to enclose the board) and a paper lining to the inside.

Paper on board - Manufactured using printed sheets which are mounted to both sides of a solid board (usually 1750 or 2000 microns) and trimmed around (no paper wraps around the edges) so the colouring of the board is visible on all 4 edges.

Polypropylene - Manufactured using pvc / polypropylene material which is available in a wide range of tinted shades, solid colours and decorative surface finishes some of which are listed below. In conjunction with the transparent tints a printed inner sheet can be affixed in order to personalise your binders or give your product a unique finish. Matching wallets, folders and slipcases can be manufactured if required. Polypropylene products are wipe clean and have good durability.

Polypropylene colours & finishes include:
Transparent colours - clear, red, yellow, pink, green, blue, turquoise, purple and peach.
Opaque colours include red, yellow, green, blue, orange, silver, purple and black.
Decorative surfaces include frosted, ribbed, lined and pearlescent.
