Loose leaf collation can be a very time consuming and labour intensive operation but not for us. We are equipped with a comprehensive range of machinery that is both versatile in the range of sheet size and materials we are able to collate.

We operate with 1 x 60 (sixty) unit collator (collating upto 60 sheets in one pass), 2 x 30 (thirty) unit collators and 1 x 14 unit collator, giving the ability to process your large, long run requirements as well as the smaller requirements you may have.

All of our collation machinery is suction fed which gives us the flexibility to be able to collate all substrates of paper, film laminated papers and papers with decorative finishes, folded sections, boards and many other materials including plastics.

The versatility of our machinery enables us to offer collation from sheet size 100x80mm to 670x460mm. All of our collation machinery incorporates electronic detection systems to monitor every sheet that passes through the machine for doubles and misses, so you can be sure our collation is spot on.
